- 3/4 cup chopped semi sweet chocolate
Instructions
- Add the coconut milk and chopped chocolate together in a microwave-safe measuring glass cup.
- Microwave for about 1½ to 2 minutes, until the milk is hot and the chocolate begins to melt.
- Let it sit for 30 seconds, then stir until smooth and silky.
- Pour the mixture into two small serving cups or ramekins.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, until set and creamy.
- Serve plain or topped with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
