Description

Ingredients

  • to taste Salt & freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 12 slices crusty bread, toasted
  • 1 Burrata or fresh mozzarella, torn
  • for drizzling Balsamic glaze
  • to taste Fresh basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread until golden and crisp.
  2. Mash avocado onto each slice and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Top with tomatoes and torn mozzarella or burrata.
  4. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the top.
  5. Finish with fresh basil and an extra pinch of black pepper.
