  • 12 slices crusty bread, toasted
  • to taste Burrata or fresh mozzarella, torn
  • to taste Balsamic glaze, for drizzling
  • to taste Fresh basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread until golden and crisp.
  2. Mash avocado onto each slice and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Top with tomatoes and torn mozzarella or burrata.
  4. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the top.
  5. Finish with fresh basil and an extra pinch of black pepper.
