Description

Delicious cream cheese tortilla roll-ups filled with ham, swiss cheese, and a mix of flavorful ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh dill (plus more (optional) to garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/3 cup dried cherries (chopped)
  • 1/3 cup chopped green onions
  • 4 (10-inch) flour tortillas
  • ½ lb sliced deli black forest ham
  • ½ lb sliced swiss cheese

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese with the dill, lemon juice, garlic powder, and dijon mustard.
  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the tortillas. Drizzle lightly with honey. Sprinkle with dried cherries and chopped green onion. (If there is any extra fresh dill, sprinkle it lightly over the top.)
  3. Add a single layer of black forest ham followed by a single layer of swiss cheese.
  4. Roll up tightly. Transfer to a plate, wrap with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  5. Once chilled, slice into 3/4-inch pieces and arrange on a platter for serving.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, omit the ham.
