- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
- 4 cloves garlic
Instructions
- Activate the yeast by mixing warm milk, sugar, and yeast; cover and let rise again (30-45 minutes).
- Bake at 375°F until golden brown (20-25 minutes).
- Brush with butter before serving.
