Description

Delicious homemade garlic butter rolls that are soft and fluffy.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon instant dry yeast
  • ¾ cup warm milk (about 110°F)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (for garlic butter)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Gradually mix in warm milk and melted butter until a dough forms.
  2. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and drizzle over rolls.
  3. Cover the dish again and let rise for another 30 minutes. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, brush the rolls with additional melted garlic butter after baking.
  • These rolls can be served warm with butter or as a side dish for soups and salads.
