Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon instant dry yeast
- ¾ cup warm milk (about 110°F)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (for garlic butter)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Gradually mix in warm milk and melted butter until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and drizzle over rolls.
- Cover the dish again and let rise for another 30 minutes. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- For extra flavor, brush the rolls with additional melted garlic butter after baking.
- These rolls can be served warm with butter or as a side dish for soups and salads.
