Description

A delicious and creamy chocolate dessert made with cottage cheese and peanut butter.


Ingredients

  • 12 tablespoons sweetener of choice (I used agave nectar)

Instructions

  1. In a food processor or a blender, add the cottage cheese, peanut butter, unsweetened cocoa powder, and sweetener.
  2. Mix on high until the mixture is a creamy texture. If it’s too thick, just add a little milk of choice.
  3. Spoon into 1 very large or 2 smaller serving dishes and enjoy!
