Instructions
- Brown the Butter: Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until it turns golden brown and smells nutty, then let it cool slightly.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: Combine the browned butter, mashed bananas, brown sugar, Greek yogurt, eggs, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Whisk until smooth.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Combine Mixes: Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture using a spatula. Do not overmix.
- Add Chocolate Chips: Toss chocolate chips in a little flour to prevent clumping, then fold them into the batter.
- Prepare Baking Pan: Grease or line a 9×5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Bake: Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 50-60 minutes. Check with a toothpick.
- Cool and Serve: Let the bread cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Slice and enjoy!
