- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix Meatloaf: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, egg, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape: Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a greased loaf pan or on a lined baking tray.
- Prepare Glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Glaze Meatloaf: Spread half of the glaze mixture evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake: Place meatloaf in the preheated oven and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Apply Remaining Glaze: About 10 minutes before the meatloaf is done, spread the remaining glaze over the top.
- Rest: Once baked, remove from oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
