Description

These Brie and Cranberry Crescent Roll Bites are a delightful appetizer that combines creamy brie, tangy cranberry sauce, and crunchy pecans all wrapped in flaky crescent roll dough.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tube (8 oz) Crescent Roll
  • 4 oz Brie Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Whole Cranberry Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Pecans, Chopped
  • 1 spring Rosemary, Finely Chopped
  • Zest from 1 Orange

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray 24-count mini-muffin tin with non-stick spray.
  3. Unroll Crescent Roll onto parchment paper. Pinch seams together. Lightly flour a rolling pin and roll the dough out thinner and larger, until it’s about 10″ x 15″.
  4. Cut into 24 squares. (Each square will be about 2″ x 2″.)
  5. Place 1 dough square in each muffin spot.
  6. Cut an 8″ wheel of brie cheese in half. Slice one of the halves into 24 pieces.
  7. Layer a piece of brie, a pinch of finely chopped rosemary, 1 tsp whole cranberry sauce, orange zest, and chopped pecans into each dough square.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes.

Notes

  • For best results, serve warm.
  • Can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
