- 2–3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- Pinch of red chili flakes

Instructions
- Toast the sourdough or multigrain bread to your desired crispiness.
- While the bread is toasting, slice the avocado and season it with salt and pepper.
- Fry the egg in a pan until the white is set and the edges are crispy.
