- 1/2 ripe avocado
- to taste Salt & pepper
- 2–3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- Pinch of red chili flakes
- Optional: lemon zest or hot sauce
Instructions
- Toast the bread.
- Mash the avocado and spread it over the toasted bread.
- In a hot pan, melt butter and add grated Parmesan to form a crispy layer.
- Fry the egg in the same pan until cooked to your liking.
- Top the avocado toast with the crispy egg and sprinkle with chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Finish with a drizzle of lemon zest or hot sauce if desired.
