- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2–3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- Pinch of red chili flakes

Instructions
- Toast the bread until golden brown.
- Mash the avocado and spread it on the toasted bread.
- In a skillet, heat some oil and fry the egg until the whites are set.
