Description

Delicious chocolate peanut clusters made with various types of chocolate and topped with fun sprinkles.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups roasted peanuts
  • 1 (12 ounce) bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (8 ounce) semi sweet melting bar
  • 1 (12 ounce) bag peanut butter chips
  • 1 (12 ounce) bag white chocolate chips
  • sprinkles
  • dehydrated marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Prepare 2 baking sheets with parchment paper or baking mats.
  2. Add the roasted peanuts into the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. Add the chocolate chips on top of the peanuts.
  4. Break up the melting bar and place on top along with the peanut butter chips.
  5. Followed by the white chocolate chips.
  6. Cook on LOW for 1-2 hours stirring halfway through.
  7. Once the chocolate is melted, use a 2-inch cookie scoop or spoon and scoop the cluster onto the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Add sprinkles of your choice and refrigerate for 20 minutes or until fully set.

  • Make sure to use a slow cooker with a large capacity for this recipe.
