These delightful Deviled Egg Christmas Trees are a festive and fun appetizer, perfect for holiday gatherings.

- 6 large Eggs (hard-boiled)
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard (or yellow mustard)
- 1 teaspoon Vinegar (apple cider or lemon juice)
- to taste Spices (Salt and Pepper)
- 1/4 cup Herbs (Chives, Parsley, Dill) (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper or Pomegranate Seeds (diced tomatoes or olives can be substitutes)
- 2 pieces Star-shaped Veggies (Yellow Bell Pepper or Cheddar)
Instructions
- Boil the eggs for about 10-12 minutes until they’re hard-boiled. Cool them under cold water, peel, and carefully slice each egg in half lengthwise.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the egg yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, vinegar, and seasonings. Stir until creamy and thick enough to be piped.
- Fill a piping bag fitted with a star tip and pipe the yolk mixture into the egg whites to create tree shapes.
- Decorate each tree with chopped herbs and add red bell pepper or pomegranate seeds as ornaments. Place a star veggie or cheese on top.
- Arrange the Deviled Egg Christmas Trees on a festive platter, garnishing with sprigs of rosemary or edible glitter.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider mixing in garlic powder or smoked paprika.
- Make sure the eggs are fully cooled before peeling to avoid breaking.
