Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, brown sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the peeled pearl onions in the mixture until evenly coated.
- Spread the onions in a single layer on the prepared baking dish and roast for 25-30 minutes until tender and caramelized.
