Description

Delicious blueberry pancakes made with Greek yogurt for a fluffy texture.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup whole milk (or dairy-free alternative)

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, milk, and egg until smooth.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients gently; fold in blueberries.
