Ingredients

- 1 bag frozen hashbrowns (28 oz., or use 4–6 hashbrown patties)
- 1 pinch salt and pepper (to taste)
- olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F if using shredded hashbrowns or 390°F if using patties for 5 minutes.
- Spray the inside of the basket with olive oil spray and pour or place hashbrowns inside (if using patties, do not overlap them). Spray the top with olive oil spray and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for 20 minutes total for shredded hashbrowns, or 9 minutes total for patties, flipping them over halfway through the cooking time.
- Remove and serve when they are as golden brown on the outside as desired.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, ensure that the hashbrowns are spread evenly in the basket.
