Scale
  • 1 pound cod fish
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon BBQ Rub
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

  2. Place the fish on a piece of foil (large enough to cover and seal the fish).
  3. Rub both sides of the fish with olive oil and sprinkle the spices onto both sides of the fish.
