Instructions
- Prepare the Salmon:
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Grill the Salmon:
- Place the salmon fillets on the grill, skin-side down.
- Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked to your liking.

- Create the Cream Sauce:
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine with the mushrooms and garlic.
- Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally, until it thickens slightly (about 5 minutes).
- Stir in the lemon juice, fresh parsley, and thyme. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serving:
- Place the grilled salmon on a serving plate.
- Spoon the creamy mushroom sauce over the salmon.
- Garnish with additional parsley if desired.
Notes
- Ensure the grill or pan is hot before adding the salmon to achieve a nice sear.
- If you want a thicker sauce, allow the cream to reduce further or add a touch of cornstarch slurry.
- Serve with steamed spinach or your favorite vegetables for a complete meal.
- Adjust the herbs to your preference, adding more thyme or parsley as desired.
