Delicious and creamy pumpkin ice cream made with cottage cheese and pumpkin puree.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 3 cups cottage cheese (or 8 ounces cream cheese plus 1 1/2 cups heavy cream)
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- Combine the ingredients in a blender and blend for 30 seconds, or until smooth.
- Pour into a Creami pint container.
- Freeze for 8-12 hours.
- When ready to enjoy, blend in the Ninja Creami on the ice cream setting. Add any mix-ins you want and enjoy!

- Make sure to stir the mixture well before freezing for even consistency.
- Any additional mix-ins can be added after blending in the Ninja Creami.
