Description

A delicious jam made with fresh cranberries and strawberries.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 3 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions

  1. Combine cranberries, strawberries, sugar, and water in a saucepan.
  2. Let sit 5–10 minutes to macerate.
  3. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add lemon juice, cinnamon, and cloves.
  5. Cook 12–15 minutes, mashing fruit as it softens.
  6. Simmer until thickened.
  7. Remove from heat and ladle into sterilized jars.
  8. Seal and cool before refrigerating.
