Description
A delicious jam made with fresh cranberries and strawberries.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- 3 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions
- Combine cranberries, strawberries, sugar, and water in a saucepan.
- Let sit 5–10 minutes to macerate.
- Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Add lemon juice, cinnamon, and cloves.
- Cook 12–15 minutes, mashing fruit as it softens.
- Simmer until thickened.
- Remove from heat and ladle into sterilized jars.
- Seal and cool before refrigerating.

- Adjust sugar to taste if you prefer a less sweet jam.
