Description

Delicious S’mores made with graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 squares graham crackers (broken in half, 2 for each one)
  • 6 bars chocolate (Hersheys broken in half, 1 for each)
  • 12 large marshmallows (1 for each)

Instructions

  1. Preheat broiler on high. Lay 12 grahams that have been broken in half down on a sheet pan.
  2. Top each half with half a bar of chocolate and 1 large marshmallow on top of that with the flat side facing up.
  3. Slide into the oven with the light on so you can watch this process as it will occur very fast. Once the top of the marshmallow gets dark golden brown take it out. You want it to start to smoke a bit on top so that the middle of it will be soft as well before taking out, this will take about 30 seconds.
  4. Or preheat to 350 degrees F and heat for 3-5 minutes until browned and chocolate is melting.
  5. Immediately place the second half of graham cracker on top of each one. Carefully lift each one off and serve on top of a napkin. Having wet wipes handy is helpful because these can be sticky when enjoyed.

Notes
