Description
Deliciously soft and chewy chocolate crinkle cookies dusted with powdered sugar.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla until fluffy.
- Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients; fold until just combined.
- Scoop dough into balls and roll in powdered sugar until coated.
- Place on parchment-lined baking sheets and bake for 10–12 minutes or until slightly puffed.
Notes
- Make sure the eggs are at room temperature for better mixing.
- Store cookies in an airtight container for freshness.
