Instructions

- Add spinach: Toss in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted (about 3-4 minutes).
- Create the sauce: Pour in heavy cream, simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Combine: Mix cooked pasta with the creamy spinach sauce, adding reserved pasta water for desired consistency.
- Final touches: Squeeze lemon juice over the dish, season with salt and pepper before serving hot.

- To enhance the flavor, add red pepper flakes for a bit of heat.
