- 12 oz chocolate coating (dark or white)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and pumpkin puree; mix until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract; blend until creamy.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Scoop out mixture and roll into 1-inch balls.
- Melt chocolate according to package instructions; dip each truffle until fully coated.
- Place on parchment paper and let set at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.
