A comforting one-pan lasagna made with no-boil noodles and a delicious meat sauce.

- 9 oz no-boil lasagna noodles
- 1 lb ground beef or sausage
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 28 oz canned crushed tomatoes
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil (optional)
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground meat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic; cook until fragrant.
- Pour in the crushed tomatoes and add Italian seasoning. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Break the no-boil noodles into pieces and nestle them into the sauce. Ensure they are submerged.
- Layer with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover the skillet with a lid and reduce heat to low. Cook for 20-25 minutes until noodles are tender and cheese is bubbly.
- Top with fresh basil before serving.
Notes
- This recipe can be easily adjusted by adding vegetables such as spinach or mushrooms.
- For a lighter version, consider using ground turkey instead of beef.
