Instructions
- Arrange the crackers or bread rounds on a serving platter.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, lemon juice, and dill until smooth.
- Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture on each cracker.
- Top with pieces of smoked trout for that smoky flavor.
- Garnish each canape with cucumber slices and an extra sprinkle of dill.
- Serve immediately for maximum freshness.
