Description

Delicious toast pockets filled with Nutella, perfect for a warm treat!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 slices of toast bread
  • 3 tbsp Nutella plus extra for serving
  • 1 egg (lightly beaten)

Instructions

  1. Cut the crusts off the bread slices, flatten the centers with your hand or a spoon.
  2. Spread a spoonful of Nutella in the middle.
  3. Brush the edges with the beaten egg.
  4. Fold each slice in half to form a pocket.
  5. Press the edges with a fork to seal.
  6. Place the pockets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Brush the tops lightly with the remaining egg.
  8. Cook at 350°F for 6–7 minutes, until golden and crisp.
  9. Drizzle with extra Nutella and dust with powdered sugar.
  10. Serve warm!
