Description

Delicious Nutter Butter cookies coated in white chocolate and decorated with candy eyeballs and mini chocolate chips.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 nutter butter cookies
  • 12 oz bag of white chocolate candy melts
  • 32 candy eyeballs
  • 16 mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a medium sized bowl, melt the white chocolate melts in the microwave in 30 second increments, stirring in-between. You could also use a double boiler!
  2. While the chocolate is melting, prepare a baking sheet, or large plate lined with parchment paper and set aside.
  3. When the chocolate is melted, dip 1/2-3/4th of the nutter butter cookie into the melted chocolate and tap gently on the side of the bowl to remove excess. Carefully place onto the prepared parchment paper.
  4. You will want to work quickly, so the chocolate doesn’t start to firm up. Gently place two eyeballs and a mini chocolate chip for the mouth.
  5. Let sit until chocolate has hardened. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Make sure to work quickly when decorating, as the chocolate can harden fast.
  • These cookies are great for parties or as a fun dessert for kids.
