Description
Delicious Nutter Butter cookies coated in white chocolate and decorated with candy eyeballs and mini chocolate chips.

- 16 nutter butter cookies
- 12 oz bag of white chocolate candy melts
- 32 candy eyeballs
- 16 mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a medium sized bowl, melt the white chocolate melts in the microwave in 30 second increments, stirring in-between. You could also use a double boiler!
- While the chocolate is melting, prepare a baking sheet, or large plate lined with parchment paper and set aside.
- When the chocolate is melted, dip 1/2-3/4th of the nutter butter cookie into the melted chocolate and tap gently on the side of the bowl to remove excess. Carefully place onto the prepared parchment paper.
- You will want to work quickly, so the chocolate doesn’t start to firm up. Gently place two eyeballs and a mini chocolate chip for the mouth.
- Let sit until chocolate has hardened. Enjoy!
Notes
- Make sure to work quickly when decorating, as the chocolate can harden fast.
- These cookies are great for parties or as a fun dessert for kids.
