A delicious and colorful wreath salad featuring boiled potatoes, carrots, chicken, and a creamy dressing.
Ingredients

- 4 medium-sized potatoes (boiled and diced)
- 3 medium-sized carrots (boiled and diced)
- 1 cup frozen peas (thawed)
- 4 large eggs (hard-boiled and chopped)
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast or ham (diced)
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- 1 cup pickles (diced)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- to taste salt and pepper
- For garnish fresh dill
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes and carrots until tender; pour over the salad mixture.
- Gently fold all ingredients until well coated with dressing.
- Shape into a wreath on a plate; use a ring mold if available.
- Garnish with fresh dill and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- This salad can be made a day in advance for easier serving.
- Feel free to substitute chicken with ham or add more vegetables according to preference.
