Description

A delicious and colorful wreath salad featuring boiled potatoes, carrots, chicken, and a creamy dressing.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 medium-sized potatoes (boiled and diced)
  • 3 medium-sized carrots (boiled and diced)
  • 1 cup frozen peas (thawed)
  • 4 large eggs (hard-boiled and chopped)
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast or ham (diced)
  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 cup pickles (diced)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • For garnish fresh dill

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes and carrots until tender; pour over the salad mixture.
  2. Gently fold all ingredients until well coated with dressing.
  3. Shape into a wreath on a plate; use a ring mold if available.
  4. Garnish with fresh dill and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • This salad can be made a day in advance for easier serving.
  • Feel free to substitute chicken with ham or add more vegetables according to preference.
