- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1 cup assorted vegetables (bell peppers, olives, mushrooms)
- Fresh basil leaves (for decoration)
- Edible glitter or parmesan cheese (for a festive touch)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough into a large triangle shape on a floured surface.
- Transfer the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet dusted with cornmeal. Spread pizza sauce over the dough, leaving edges clear.
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then arrange pepperoni and vegetables as desired. Top with remaining cheese and add seasoning.
- Drizzle olive oil on top and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Once cooled slightly, garnish with fresh basil and sprinkle edible glitter or parmesan before slicing and serving.
