Description

A delicious homemade pizza topped with mozzarella, pepperoni, and fresh vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1 cup assorted vegetables (bell peppers, olives, mushrooms)
  • Fresh basil leaves (for decoration)
  • Edible glitter or parmesan cheese (for a festive touch)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a large triangle shape on a floured surface.
  3. Transfer the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet dusted with cornmeal. Spread pizza sauce over the dough, leaving edges clear.
  4. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then arrange pepperoni and vegetables as desired. Top with remaining cheese and add seasoning.
  5. Drizzle olive oil on top and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Once cooled slightly, garnish with fresh basil and sprinkle edible glitter or parmesan before slicing and serving.
