Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • ½ cup milk

Instructions

  1. Activate the yeast: In a bowl, combine warm water and sugar, then sprinkle yeast on top. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
  2. Mix the dough: Stir in flour and salt until a rough dough forms. Knead for about 8-10 minutes until smooth.
  3. First rise: Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  4. Shape the rolls: Gently punch down the dough, divide into golf-ball-sized pieces, and shape into balls.
  5. Preheat air fryer: Set to 350°F (175°C) and arrange rolls in the basket without overcrowding.
  6. Cook: Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown, brushing with melted butter immediately after cooking.
