Instructions

  1. Soften your cream cheese and butter by letting them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  2. Blend the softened cream cheese and butter in a large bowl using an electric mixer on medium speed until they are fully combined and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Sift in powdered sugar gradually while mixing on low speed to avoid a sugary cloud! Continue blending until you achieve a smooth consistency with no lumps—this should take another 2 minutes.
  4. Add fresh strawberry puree for that delightful flavor! Blend in about 1/4 cup of puree until it’s evenly distributed, giving your frosting a lovely pink hue.
