Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine halved cherry tomatoes, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Toss gently to coat.
- Arrange the dressed tomatoes on a serving platter or individual plates. Tear the burrata cheese into large pieces and place them among the tomatoes.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves and drizzle with balsamic reduction if desired. Serve immediately.
