Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups ripe cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 8 ounces burrata cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish
  • Balsamic reduction for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine halved cherry tomatoes, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Toss gently to coat.
  2. Arrange the dressed tomatoes on a serving platter or individual plates. Tear the burrata cheese into large pieces and place them among the tomatoes.
  3. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and drizzle with balsamic reduction if desired. Serve immediately.
