Description

A delicious layered dessert with creamy vanilla pudding, graham crackers, and chocolate ganache.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (3 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 1 box (14 oz) graham crackers
  • 1 cup heavy cream (for ganache)
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk the instant pudding mix with the milk until thickened (about 2 minutes).
  2. Gently fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
  3. Layer half of the graham crackers in a 9×13 dish, followed by half of the pudding mixture.
  4. Repeat with another layer of graham crackers and the remaining pudding mixture, finishing with a final layer of graham crackers.
  5. Heat the heavy cream until hot but not boiling; pour over chocolate chips in a bowl and stir until melted and smooth to create the ganache.
  6. Cut into squares and enjoy!
