- 2–3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- pinch of red chili flakes
- optional: lemon zest or hot sauce
Instructions

- While the egg cooks, mash the avocado and season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle grated parmesan on the egg before finishing cooking to let it melt and create a crust.
