Description

A refreshing salad made with yogurt, cucumber, and herbs.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup chilled plain yogurt (dahi, curd)
  • ½ cup chilled milk
  • ½ cup peeled and grated cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons chopped mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro (fresh coriander leaves)
  • 1 teaspoon chopped green chilies
  • ½ teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon black salt

Instructions

  1. Whisk yogurt in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix well.
  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving.
