Description
Deliciously seasoned salmon cooked in an air fryer, served with Tzatziki sauce.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 fillets skinless, boneless salmon (see notes)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Greek Seasoning
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup Tzatziki Sauce (more or less to taste, see notes)
Instructions
- Thaw frozen salmon overnight in the refrigerator.
- When it’s nearly time for dinner, take salmon out of the package and let it start to come to room temperature on the counter. If you have salmon pieces with skin, remove that so you can rub the seasonings directly on the fish.
- Mix olive oil, Greek Seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper in a small bowl.
- Rub the salmon on both sides with this mixture and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
- Preheat Air Fryer to 400F/200C if your Air Fryer recommends that.
- After 15 minutes, transfer salmon to Air Fryer rack.
- If you didn’t need to preheat, set Air Fryer to 400F/200C.
- Cook salmon for six minutes. (No need to turn it.)
- Serve the Greek Salmon with homemade Tzatziki Sauce or purchased Tzatziki, whichever works for your schedule or the time of year you’re making this.
Notes
- Ensure the salmon is completely thawed before cooking.
- Adjust the amount of Tzatziki sauce according to preference.
