Description
A light and airy dessert with sweet strawberry flavors and creamy yogurt.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 package (6 oz) Strawberry Jello (provides the sweet, fruity flavor)
- 2 cups Boiling water (helps to dissolve the Jello)
- 1 cup Cold water (chills the mixture)
- 1 cup Vanilla Greek yogurt (adds protein and creaminess)
- 1 cup Cool Whip (makes the fluff light and airy)
- 1 cup Fresh strawberries, diced (enhances freshness and flavor)
Instructions
- Bring 2 cups of water to a rolling boil.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the boiling water with the strawberry Jello. Stir until fully dissolved, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add 1 cup of cold water to the Jello mixture. Let it cool to room temperature before moving to the fridge.
- In another bowl, whisk together 1 cup of vanilla Greek yogurt until creamy and smooth.
- Gently fold 1 cup of Cool Whip into the yogurt until fully incorporated.
- Gradually pour the cooled strawberry Jello into the yogurt-Cool Whip mixture. Stir gently until everything is beautifully blended.
- Toss in 1 cup of diced fresh strawberries, mixing gently so they’re evenly distributed.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
