  • 1 cup Fresh strawberries, diced (enhances freshness and flavor)

Instructions

  1. Bring 2 cups of water to a rolling boil.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the boiling water with the strawberry Jello. Stir until fully dissolved, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add 1 cup of cold water to the Jello mixture. Let it cool to room temperature before moving to the fridge.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together 1 cup of vanilla Greek yogurt until creamy and smooth.
  5. Gently fold 1 cup of Cool Whip into the yogurt until fully incorporated.
  6. Gradually pour the cooled strawberry Jello into the yogurt-Cool Whip mixture. Stir gently until everything is beautifully blended.
  7. Toss in 1 cup of diced fresh strawberries, mixing gently so they’re evenly distributed.
  8. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
