- 2 cups milk (cold)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream (chilled)
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios (for topping)
- 1/4 cup green sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the instant pistachio pudding mix and cold milk until well combined and thickened, about 2 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, beat the chilled heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- In parfait glasses, layer the pistachio pudding and whipped cream alternately until glasses are filled.
- Top with chopped pistachios and green sprinkles if desired.
- Refrigerate the parfaits for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
Notes
- For best results, ensure that the heavy cream is very cold before whipping.
- You can adjust the sweetness of the whipped cream by adding more or less powdered sugar according to your taste.
