Description

Delicious and creamy pistachio parfaits made with instant pudding, whipped cream, and topped with chopped pistachios and sprinkles.


Ingredients

  • 1 box instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk (cold)
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (chilled)
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios (for topping)
  • 1/4 cup green sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the instant pistachio pudding mix and cold milk until well combined and thickened, about 2 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the chilled heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  3. In parfait glasses, layer the pistachio pudding and whipped cream alternately until glasses are filled.
  4. Top with chopped pistachios and green sprinkles if desired.
  5. Refrigerate the parfaits for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
