Description

A creamy and flavorful dip made with fresh spinach and artichoke hearts, perfect for serving with chips or bread.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a medium-sized baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the spinach until wilted (about 3 minutes). Remove from heat to cool.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  4. Mix in mozzarella, parmesan, sautéed spinach, artichokes, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish and bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
  6. Let it cool slightly before serving with your choice of dippers.

Notes

  • This dip is great served with tortilla chips, sliced baguette, or fresh vegetables.
  • For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes or chopped green onions.
