A delicious and easy-to-make sandwich combining turkey, brie cheese, and cranberry sauce on toasted brioche buns.

- 1 cup cooked turkey breast, sliced or shredded
- 4 ounces Brie cheese, sliced
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 2 brioche buns or any preferred sandwich rolls
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Fresh arugula or spinach (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Buns:
- Slice the brioche buns in half.
- Spread butter on the inner sides of each half.
- Toast the Buns:
- Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- Place the buttered sides down and toast until golden brown. Remove from heat.
- Assemble the Sandwich:
- On the bottom half of each bun, place a layer of sliced turkey.
- Add slices of Brie cheese on top of the turkey.
- Generously spread cranberry sauce over the Brie.
- Add fresh arugula or spinach if using.
- Place the top half of the bun over the assembled ingredients.
- Heat the Sandwich (Optional):
- If you prefer the cheese melted, place the assembled sandwiches back in the skillet and cover. Heat on low for a few minutes until the Brie begins to melt.
Notes
- Feel free to add stuffing or a slice of avocado for extra flavor and texture.
- For a sweeter touch, add some honey mustard spread on the buns.
- Substitute with whole grain or sourdough bread for a different taste profile.
- Ensure not to overheat while melting the cheese to prevent sogginess.
